Low Tide Seaweed Foraging & Meal

May 17th we will gather for the morning low tide and learn about edible seaweed with noted naturalist and author Jennifer Hahn. To publicize the upcoming book The Wild Table, which includes White Bear’s Bouillabaise Recipe, we will be taking photos to add to an article for “Edible Seattle”. After harvesting we will return to the Love Dog and cook up a meal with our harvest! Space is extremely limited. We are asking $10 per person just to cover food and Jenn’s ferry cost. If you are interested you need to call White Bear and speak with her directly and 468-2150 or 468-3678.  This will be wild fun! Jenn and WB are old chums from way back.
