This week we rearranged the tables to accomodate 70 guests at a time, hung paper lanterns, got out the white table cloths, peonies and chopsticks and served an authentic Asian dinner to about 175 folks to benefit the Lopez Thrift Shop. It was great fun with our own local Asian cooks in the kitchen (they let White Bear serve the Miso soup) a very Lopez-cozy atmosphere. The staff of the Love Dog donated their time, energy and tips and huge fun was had by all. The Thrift Shop benefits the community in so many ways, it was great to have a chance to give back!

Greetings from the Philippine Islands, White Bear!!! Now that you are serving breakfast once again, it brings back memories of enjoying our favorite Shrimp Benny and Bread Pudding with whiskey sauce.
